The red thread (sometimes referred to as the red cord, or red
string) has multiple meanings across different cultures and belief
systems.
Basically, though, the common thread—so to speak—is
connection.
Connection to a person, soul mate, Source energy, luck, desires,
or protector.
For me, the red thread on the cover of Regifted reflects the legend that says:
An invisible red thread connects those destined to meet, regardless of time, place, or circumstance. The thread may stretch or tangle, but will never break.
If you are reading this, we were destined to meet if only through
my story!
